I recognize the potential in each one of my students. With my personalized approach, I’ve seen my students’ self-esteem and skill-set consistently rise. I love what I do and it makes me happy to be able to share my passion with others. Since starting as a teacher in Cuba, and after many years of experience in Venezuela, my results are a testament to the fact that my system works. I also speak Spanish and Russian. I studied music, specially piano, in Cuba and Russia ( Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Moscow).

With a long and fruitful pedagogic career that spans through all levels and all ages. Discipline and professionalism in piano playing and everything else in life are paramount in her class, attested by prize-winning students, numerous festival invitations and regular concerts.
RESEARCHER
With a noteworthy focus on bringing young people the scientific, humanistic and creative tools that surround and permeate the piano interpretation. This is the origin of her workshops on Methodology of Piano Teaching, History of Piano Art and lectures on interpretive art and its interdisciplinary elements.
I owe Ms. Fleites my love for music; she taught me for 10 years as a kid, but I still think about our shared experiences everytime I open a new score!
